Terms of Service

1. Service Overview
OpenClaw Box is a managed hosting service for OpenClaw instances. We provision infrastructure, manage upgrades, and provide access to model providers or BYOK configuration based on your plan.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must have a valid Telegram account and be able to purchase Telegram Stars. You are responsible for all activity in your OpenClaw Box tenant and for keeping access to your Telegram account secure.
3. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed via Telegram Stars. Pricing and included usage are displayed in the bot and on the pricing page. We do not store credit card data. Taxes and app store fees are handled by Telegram, Apple, or Google.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including malware distribution, harassment, or content that violates applicable laws or the policies of upstream model providers.
5. Service Limits and Availability
We provide best-effort uptime with planned maintenance windows. Capacity, rate limits, and model availability may change. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse or nonpayment.
6. Your Data
Your tenant data is stored in your isolated namespace. We keep minimal control-plane data required for billing and routing. You are responsible for the content you process and store in your tenant.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or business.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via Telegram.
